I was so upset about the entire experience with Zerorez - they stated we had this promotional offer and quoted a price. When they arrived to actually clean the carpets - the price ended up at almost three times the original quote! I felt taken advantage of - thank goodness I called my husband and when he talked with the Zerorez staff - they reduced the estimate. We ended up not cleaning several areas because it was so expensive. It was one of the worst experiences of my life and will never use this company again! And.. when they were done - previous companies did a much better job. Whenever I hear their ad on the radio - it really makes me sick.

Thank you for your comments and review. We take all reviews very seriously. Normally when the price is different than the estimate, it's because of areas that are added once we get there or any pet issues. We are not able to quote any pet issues over the phone because each one is different. We would love to discuss this with you if you would like to leave your name and/or number.
