The service done (brow tint, thread and lash tint) was fine. My brows are slightly uneven but whatever. The staff (might be the owner) immediately asked me when I walked in if I was "wet." I told her that I wasn't. She told me that I looked "soaking wet" and if I was she wouldn't let me onto the chair. I assured her that I wasn't, and that I was dry. She said that people come in from the pool or are sweaty and that she won't let them in. So that was odd. Anyway, I sat down in the chair and the threader began threading my brows. She went to mix the tint, and the same woman from earlier began raising her voice at the threader. I believe this particular threader was new, and wasn't sure how to mix the tint. The woman eventually came over to me and started putting the tint on my brows while the threader was in the back. She said "I don't know why they send me these people who say they are trained but they don't know how to do f**cking anything." I wasn't sure how to respond to I just said Uh Huh. I felt pretty uncomfortable as the woman was getting on to the threader for not knowing some things, and I was just sitting in the chair with my eyes closed. I got my lashes tinted as well, and did not appreciate the woman putting her hands around my eyes when there is a global pandemic. I have been to Atash a couple times before and the service was fine, but I don't think I'll go back.

Hello Anna S. for our safety and safety of other customers we do not allow customers to be serviced after coming back from the GYM or WORKING OUT. The owner was concerned about the grey tank and simple asked about it. We do however apologize for making you feel uncomfortable and would like to make this right. Love this salon! Katie is a local business owner providing a warm environment and good conversation. They are willing to adjust color per request. And they are never pushy about other services. I have been a client for over 7 years. Love Salon Atash, love my brows!

Beautiful. I feel like I'm visiting family when I go to Salon Atash. Everyone there, especially the owner Katie, makes you feel right at home. And the best part is that I can do some clothing shopping at the same time I'm getting my hair and eyebrows done. Outstanding place!
