Disappointed that my Rx was wrong. I had to pay to upgrade the new lenses. This was not my error, I should have received a discounted rate. I was told the company makes no profit, if this is true, sometimes they need to have a loss to make up for your error and have good customer service. I was told, it isn't much money, only $117. That is a lot to me. People have different views of a lot but $117 is a week of groceries.
I now have to make a third thrip and wait longer for my glasses, again this wasn't my error and the company is doing nothing to make up for this.
My family will not be coming here for their vision care.
I'm sorry your first prescription didn't allow you to see clearly enough while reading. We changed it to a different lens that allows for higher prescriptions. You can be assured that you received full credit on the first pair and are only paying for the lenses that work. Also, your lens cost is determined by your insurance plan, not by us. We sent a refund check today as a courtesy to you.
