HORRIBLE! I showed Ilenia a picture of the cut i wanted, which was a layered haircut, and she simply gave me a straight cut that was much shorter than I had asked for! When I asked her why she did so, she simply said “if you blow dry it it will look like the picture.” THAT DIDNT WORK! IT WAS A STRAIGHT CUT!!!

I have been going to Zoe Salon for over 10 years, and I always request Nora as my stylist. She is friendly, professional and very skilled at getting my color precisely as I request every time. I look forward to a relaxing experience and leaving with beautiful hair!

Terrible experience yesterday. I was charged $45 online beforehand for my haircut w/ out a blow dry. When I went in my stylist blow dried my hair anyways, but never asked if I wanted that or if I wanted to pay more to include a blow dry. Her and the receptionist then charged me $30 for that as I was leaving, when I didn't even want it to begin with. A total of $75 + tip for a 1/2 trim?....I have not heard back from customer service yet but I think this was extremely unfair and am hoping they will make it right, but if not I will not be returning.

My complain is not directly towards stylist Natalie at Fair Oaks location but more so the staff. They told me over the phone 3 times Natalie charges $120 for full highlights. I requested no blow dry, no add on! When it came time to pay I was charged $170. it is difficult times and unfair to be told $120 and then it changed to a different amount when time to pay. I scheduled appointment because multiple receptionists said her rate is $120 for full highlights. I called multiple times and even the day of to verify rate. Not sure where the miscommunication is coming from. It is never easy when you are surprised by a much higher rate then described prior to appointment

We are very sorry you have had this experience. The front desk is trained to say â??starts at â??. Itâ??s difficult to give exact prices over the phone. Highlights typically need toner service and there is extra charge for long or thick hair requiring time and product. Natalie is an excellent stylist and is always happy to give exact price during the consultation if there is any concern. I will bring this attention to the front desk to be sure they are stating prices are a starting price. Thank you for your feedback enjoy you fabulous spring hair color!
