I took my Dodge Ram in last week for a wheel alignment and they checked many other things including routine maintenance which I wasn't aware I had missed. Harrison explained everything to me and told me what should be done immediately and what could reasonably wait. I just had it all done. I'm so glad I did as I can't believe the difference in the way my truck runs! It idles better, it runs better and it shifts better. All work was done when Harrison said it would be done and I was offered a ride home as a courtesy which I didn't need. And.....when I walk in the shop Harrison remembers my name which at least to me is VERY important. Very good customer service which is getting harder and harder to find these days. I would highly recommend Master Car Care.

Got a battery change done recently. Unfortunately they kept on mixing up (in informing me) of which battery they installed. They told me it was Exide, then their receipt said ACDELCO 51RPS as the installed battery. On calling them, I was told it indeed was Exide, but then the part number in the new receipt still said 51RPS, which is for ACDELCO. I wanted the accurate battery type (part number that distinguishes one Exide battery from the other) so I can compare prices and read other customer reviews of that battery. While their service was fast, they were not good with providing accurate information and pros and cons of the installed battery versus others in the market. saying we use only the best products doesn't tell me much, as batteries in the same brand can be of very different quality..

Liked the fact that they offer rides to customers if needed - very useful service.

I'm always uncomfortable getting any service done these days with everyone being money hungry and scamming to make more profits. I was treated very well upon entering the building by Christian. He explained all the options and was cuotesy of my schedule. He tried to upsell me which is business 101 but wasn't pushy trying to get me to buy things I didn't really need.
