Got a battery change done recently. Unfortunately they kept on mixing up (in informing me) of which battery they installed. They told me it was Exide, then their receipt said ACDELCO 51RPS as the installed battery. On calling them, I was told it indeed was Exide, but then the part number in the new receipt still said 51RPS, which is for ACDELCO. I wanted the accurate battery type (part number that distinguishes one Exide battery from the other) so I can compare prices and read other customer reviews of that battery. While their service was fast, they were not good with providing accurate information and pros and cons of the installed battery versus others in the market. saying we use only the best products doesn't tell me much, as batteries in the same brand can be of very different quality..
Liked the fact that they offer rides to customers if needed - very useful service.
