You've got my name wrong, which is Clement and not Kelmond (sounds utterly stupid). When I called to make the appointment, I spelled out my name clearly and repeatedly, so please explain who got it wrong. When your technician was writing out the bill, I noticed my name was wrongly written and he correctly it on my bill, but apparently, he didn't correct your records. Thank you.
Please explain what do you do for an "A/C Inspection and Tune-up", which was what I paid for. I can understand what is involved in an "Inspection" but what exactly are you supposed to do with a "Tune-Up".
Yes, your technician did a great job at changing out a part, which he discovered in a matter of minutes and got the A/C running as it should, but I was SHOCKED at the price of $329 that was charged. Eventually, he brought it down to $250, which was acceptable to me. Other than that, noting else was done to my A/C.
Whilst I'm grateful for his fast service to get my A/C working properly, I'm still rather curious at what is involved in a "Tune-up, so I would be most grateful if you can kindly clarify that for me. Thank you.
