no stars for these services. they were untrained, did not listen to me. my chin was rubbed absolutely raw during the facial. I had some pulled muscles, the massage girl never touched them. she was the worst, I do not think she had very good training. I have never had such a wimpy massage, and I have had many massages. Was it because I had a groupon? you would think the owner would give a groupon (potential) customer the best aestheticians they had in order to get them to become a permanent repeat customer. but the opposite was true in this case. At checkout I was ignored in order for the two women behind the counter to "cater" to the paying custormer standing beside me. I asked about the "points system" the paying customer mentioned, but was ignored completely. Completely. Really? What an arrogant place, and for what? They offer very low-level grade services. I will not go there again. I do not recommend it. There are many other places in this field that provide first rate services.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you felt about your experience with us. It is unfortunate that you feel your experience was such a negative one. We treat all of our clients with a high degree of customer service regardless of whether they are a Groupon client or not, and have received a very high grade in the past from Groupon clients for this very reason. I assure you any breakdown in communication was not due to you having a Groupon. We will of course discuss your concerns this with the front desk as we utilize any negative feedback in a positive way in our customer service training. Regarding your treatment services all of our staff are very highly trained - with a muscle injury (depending on the degree of strain and sensitivity), tension reduction is sometimes best achieved and reduced with massage techniques such as effleurage etc. which may well have seemed "wimpy" in comparison to a deeper tissue massage. That can be what a massage therapist, taking all of the background information into account, deems best for you at the time. Regarding your facial, yours included a MicroCrystal polish and a Renewing peel and while you may experience some redness post peel this should not have caused your chin to be "raw". I would be more than happy to discuss this further with you or have a look at your skin. It would be really helpful if you would contact me here at the Spa or if you would like email or text me a picture? Clinical skincare with active ingredients for skin rejuvenation is really the core of what we do and a certain degree of post peel redness can be expected but again not to the degree of "raw" . My massage was wonderful. However, I had scheduled a facial for my daughter and they had her booked for a massage. Very disappointed. It was confirmed as a facial. But they could not give her the facial.

Thank you so much for taking the time to bring your issue to our attention. We have looked into it and it is very odd but it seems our booking system had everything related to your daughters appointment logged as a massage. We will take this up with our software people to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. As such we can only sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate your daughter for a facial on the day - but we do hope the discounted massage service she received did in some small way help to offset the disappointment. Hopefully she will come back and see us for a facial treatment soon.
