The only issue I was very frustrated about was, I had multiple tests run for my annual exam. The last test was a new machine and I was asked to take one more test from that machine. After completion they asked me to go back to the exam room and wait for Dr. Hixson. After a long wait, he never came back in and I could hear him talking. I walked back to the front of the office and the other Dr. and reception were asking me what I needed. I said, well I was told to go back to the exam room and Dr. Hixson was going to review again my results. Oh well, I just asked if he could call me instead and they had a confused look on their faces why I was asked to wait again. They were both very nice and apologized for the messup, but waiting when the Dr. doesn't know you are there is not good when you have back problems, etc. Love Dr. Hixson and Audrey and just hope some of the staff is more aware of what the patients are doing and where the Dr. is.
