By the time I left, I thought the staffperson who performed my service was very friendly and personable, but she definitely came off too strongly at first. frankly, I felt like I was being lectured, which is not why anyone goes to a salon. I certainly appreciate it when my stylist appears knowledgeable and confident and takes the time to share pointers, but I suggest toning the "spiel" down a bit. The tone and forcefulnees of the feedback she hit me with when i first arrived didn't create a relaxing environment. I could see that she was a friendly, caring person by the time I left, but I wasnt happy with the way she was talking to me at first. i really had to bite my tongue to get through the first half of my appt.
