During the deep cleaning, the basement was not clean due to lack of items.
On the biweekly cleanings, they crew needs a lot of supervision, as they do not clean well and in some cases they leave areas without cleaning (e.g bathtubs or showers) or vacum properly
Thank you Mr. Aragon for your feedback. Without it we can not better ourselves as a company. We have a sign off of satisfaction on each client work order that we have signed if the client is home. This is to ensure that the client is happy. I see yours has been signed from our last visit even though I do understand that it is not you or your families obligation to check the cleaning while there. However we put this in place so if something is not done correctly then it is pointed out and done again to satisfaction. Since this did not work as planned we will be sure to have management there on your next visit to perform the quality control check. This will prove as a valuable tool for the crew as for us and in turn will ensure the quality you expect.
