They scheduled me to come in earlier than I was supposed to for an implant. Dr. SHUAYB and the assistant were very kind and accommodating the lady at the front desk was where the experience went south. When rescheduling she sounded all frustrated with me because I didn't have much availability with my job and a planned vacation. She spoke to me like I was the problem and she was doing me the favor, when it was their screw up. I was very put off.

I apologize for this Dana, and this has been addressed and will no longer be a issue in our office. We take pride in our staff and courtesy. I hope next visit will be more pleasant.
