The Service was great ...however I called to ask where it was in Boston and I was told it was at the Boston Harbor Hotel and it was at the Boston Hyatt Hotel in Boston Harbor . So I went to the wrong place .
When I received the phone call to confirm they did not tell me where the location was.
I Have been to NLI many times and they never have my old chart ......So every time I have to fill out the info again. I would really like to have my old records there so that they know what was done previously .....like the botox units and where I had it placed would be helpful.
Other than that I am a happy customer.
