The person who serviced our generator was polite, professional and answered my questions. My quibble was the people scheduling the appointment. They gave me a tentative date/time and when I called the next business day to confirm - after rearranging a work schedule - I was told, "Oh sorry; someone gave that time slot away." What?! If you tell a customer here is a time we can schedule you, DO NOT give away the time slot. I was told, "Well there's a lot of us scheduling people, sorry." Put a hold on the time slot until the customer you suggested it to can say yes/no. Waiting a day for confirmation is the professional thing to do.
