They did an oil change on my 2009 Jeep Patriot. I waited in there very nice waiting area.

The job was done fast and they did a safety inspection of the vehicle. I have always had a good

experience at Simon's Auto Service.

I needed tires and alignment. I shopped and priced it at the big box tire place, but didn't trust their alignment. I called and simply talked with Simon about what I needed to have done and he helped develop a competitive solution. It was also my goal to keep the money local in Cleveland Heights. I'm glad I did. They did a great job and I got a good value from a neighbor! Shop local!

SIMON'S AUTO SERVICE replied:

Thanks Paul we appreciate your business!

Kind of pushy for some stuff that I know doesn't need to be done... but otherwise, they're definitely better than most places in the area.

Showed me my damaged brake pads and rotors first hand. Great price for the repair. Oil changes are the cheapest anywhere unless you go to the inner city. $48 and some odd change for a full synthetic oil change. Midas, Lube stop and Goodyear (yep tried all those places for oil changes) are minimum $70 - $85. They charge extra to inspect and rotate tires, top off fluids. Big difference. They're always pleasant. On another note the other customers who frequent tend to be nice people too. You're never front row seat to a screaming match like what happens out and about and in places like this. Lol. Everyone's happy. Thanks again guys! Always a pleasure.
