I will not be going back to this office simply because I went in for what should have been a quick check up, but ended up spending 2.5 hours in their office! Worst of all, the nurses didn't bother to tell me that they were all running extremely behind. They finally put me in a room, and after 45 minutes of waiting in the room for a doctor I finally stuck my head out the door and asked what was going on...they said "the doc is running behind", I didn't get a "sorry we forgot to tell you" or anything nice like that. Then when I got the lead nurse's phone number to call & complain & tell her about her nurses' inconsiderate behavior she would never return my phone calls. That's horrible customer service. I paid $190 cash for that appointment, yet no customer service! I'm not going back.

I visit the doctor on August 2,2012 for chest pain had test run doctor,nurse&front desk personel sad will call or email still waiting today is Sept.12 2012.

Dr. Ahmand did not return my calls and neither did her nurse when I called and asked for my x-ray results. I spent a week trying to contact the doctor or nurse and no one would return my calls. I was in pain and needed answers. Unacceptable. Will not return and will inform all of this experience.

I got an x-ray at this facility after the doctor suggested this and was told I was going to hear the next day. It has been over a week and I have called numerous times and have not recieved a call back or any follow up. You should not have to call begging for your x-ray results especially when you are in pain. I will not return and will be sure I inform others of this horrible service. The doctor apparently is too busy for her patients (Dr. Ahmad).

I thought that the wait was too long for a ref to a participating facility as the one that was given to me 7 days prior was not participating. After my phone call was not returned I decided to go to the office and get the new ref to a part facility, other than that the Dr and the assistance and front desk are very nice.

We like dr le very much, very good dr. but we have had a problem w/billing since 6/1/12. No calls nor emails answered re this issue. would like to talk to real person instead of machines. as of 8/25/12 we have no resolution on billing issue.

Office visits go well I rarely get any test results ahead of my office visit even if it has been several weeks since testing. Review ahead of te would be a plus

Our experience has always been exceptional. The people are friendly,funny, and accommodating. Jade (nurse) treats us all like family. Dr Ahmad is caring and always makes sure we are taken care of. We just love this place!!!
