The physicians of 1960 Family Practice use the latest and most advanced technology to diagnose and treat medical conditions. We perform routine physicals, well woman exams including pap, pilot/flight physicals and well child exams. Our facility offers state of the art imaging services, onsite lab, physical therapy and very convenient walk-in/extended care hours. Our doctors are board certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gynecology and Pediatrics. We have 20+ years of experience of in the medical field. We are affiliated with Houston Northwest Hospital and North Cypress Hospital.

I very dissatisfied with doctors in general and changed numerous times over several years. That came to a stop when I found Dr. Heidi Nashed. I never feel that she has categorized my symptoms as part of the aging process, or just female whining.
(I have to well you that my former doctor insisted I take a medication based on what he "decided" I had without the benefit of an
examination . . . within three days I was back seeing his PA, who did a breathing test and discovered my cough was more than acid reflux.
Such an experience never happens with Dr. Nashed, she is thorough, she listens, she orders diagnostic tests according to my symptoms. She also listens to my concerns about my health in general, medications, and side effects. I think she is a wonderful, compassionate and empathetic doctor.

I waited for an hour for my appt with dr chu. No one EVER came in to let me know she wad running late, or even acknowledge i was there, or see if i was ok. Poor patient service. I explained this to the dr, who commented about it to her nurse...her nurses response was a roll of the eyes! Dr chu appologized, which was nice. I have spent more time waiting for drs over the past 3 months than i have actually seeing them. Very poor customer service! My waiting costs me, too. Your clinic will charge a fee for a no-show.....do you give a discount for drs being late? I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years and I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere. And, yes, I Do have insurance.
