I am a returning patient who made an appt online. When I arrived at my appt time they did not have me in their system for the day. I showed the receptionist my confirmation by e-mail and they were able to work me in the schedule.
I did not have a good experience with front staff at all. I paid for everything when I ordered my exam, glasses & contacts. (I thought). When I went two weeks later to pick up my contacts they said that I needed to pay for my contacts. However, when you go to 20/20 they require payment up front, before they will even order your contacts. Very confusing to me when I am a returning patient and thought I had paid in full (as they require this). They would not allow me to leave with my contacts and call in my credit card information. Even though they made many mistakes, they did not trust that I would pay them.
