Upon my first visit a couple of weeks ago, I left a negative review as I did not have a very good experience. A couple of days later, Dr. Kafko reached out to me personally to apologize for the negative visit I had and requested I come back in to give him another chance in the form of a visit to mold a night guard.
I had that visit the other day, and had a much different and more positive experience. Dr. Kafko met with me and gave me his undivided attention, and spoke to me at length about what his practice was about, and then focused on what was going on with my teeth. He explained why the mouth guard was needed, and provided some answers to questions I raised about the previous visit.
I very much appreciated that he made it a point to get to know who I was as a patient and what I was looking for in a dentist, which I think is rare. I look forward to my 6 month check-up when I can meet with Dr. Kafko again, as I hope to build on our relationship and trust him with the care of my teeth.

The clinic has a friendly environment. Everybody are all smiling. They always try to accommodate your choice of time for appointment. The doctors are excellent.. Laura, my dental hygienist have light hands. She does an excellent job all the time. Not once that I feel pain.

Dr. Kafko is amazing. So nice, so gentle, and so smart. He cares about you like you are his own kid (and I am 40). I have been going there 18 years.. who loves a dentist that much?
