My new hygienist, Susan, is excellent; she is both competent and friendly. My former hygienist, Courtney, left without notifying her patients. I learned she, Courtney, was gone when I had to cancel my usual 6-month cleaning/checkup in December because I had bronchitis. That did not make me happy. Susan made up for Courtney's absence very well. I rated that part of my visit as good.
The poor part refers to dealing with payment. I made out the check to Bell Family Dentistry and gave the receptionist the check. She said the bank would not accept it that way; why not since you advertise like that? THEN I was told, although paying in cash, that I would not receive my usual 5% discount. That angered me since I've always paid in cash and received the 5% discount. When did your policy change?
I, therefore, may or may not return to Bell dentistry. Everything changes, but some things do NOT.
