The rate on a loan account was wrong. I received a couple of somebody else's paperwork in my folder. seamed careless.

Thank you for your reply. The documents for your loan agreement were requested at the time you sent in your file and you were not able to find them. As such we used the other available information in the file to complete. The changes have been made now that you have been able to find the loan documents. The result is no changes to any tax owing as there is a loss situation.

Russ, Thanks for taking the time to provide the feedback. I am contacting you directly with a resolution. The estimation of tax prior to a filing deadline is made to ensure that you do not incur interest. Our success requires two way communication and I am happy to say that your extra amounts of installments paid to the government are being refunded within the next 2 weeks.( within 30 days of filing). We do recommend in future that you bring in your documents midpoint in the year so that you will have a better feel for how much tax you may owe.
