JP quickly and accurately diagnosed the source of the oil leak in my 2011 Ford Mustang as a split in the bottom of the crankcase. He ordered the replacement part on Friday of Labor day weekend and then worked to install the part on Labor day. He had the car up and running midday Tuesday. Did a great job.

Very upset that you didn't prepare me for my long trip to Do. Ca. When you had my car to change timing Brits. I appreciated your flexibility with regards to splitting payment into two- but I depend on you to keep me aware of what might cause problems now that my car is do old. To have zero life in my brakes and to incur damage on the metal part of my brakes die to being hostage to traveling out of my known area... Was completely avoidable. Isn't it your job to alert me to something that obvious and dramatic? Very disappointed. Mistakes happen and you've been good to be for years.... But please let's not let this happen again.
