From John at front desk, to the master mechanics who worked deligently on our car, to the shuttle driver...everyone was beyond honest, patient, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. It truly was one of the best experiences I have ever had from a service provider in 61 years. Do Not Hesitate...there are no hard sales here they only recommend and hopefully you are listening because they will only recommend if they really feel it is a necessary repair. The did just about everything on our car because of our neglect. Our gas mileage has improved by 5 miles to the gallon. With a 20 gallon tank we will be saving alot of money. Thank you to all of you.

It was great service from the towing to the repair. I realize it was a Saturday and they seemed very busy, and made me comfortable in my wait. I do feel it took a little longer than necessary, but only to the point of minimal dissatisfaction. I don't live in Summerville but would highly recommenend using them.

I have had my oil changed a few times at AAA Summerville and each time it was a pleasure. Everyone is friendly, professional and really care about giving good service. I trust them with my car and they do everything to keep the cost down. I appreciate them and recommend them.

AAA Car Care Center did a professional and thorough job while changing the oil in my car and doing their multi-point inspection of my Versa. I appreciated the fact that their tech spends one-on-one time with the client, reviewing every aspect of the service appointment and pointing out any areas that may require future attention, without applying any sales pressure. The only reason I gave it 4-1/2 vs. 5 stars is that it took nearly 2 hours for the oil change and inspection, while I was told to expect about an hour. Still, I will definitely return!

After calling first and being assured that new wipers could be done quickly, I drove to AAA. There i was met with a polite helpful person and my need was done. As it has since rained I can say the new wipers are doing their job well. I was very satisfied with my service.
