I dropped my van off on Friday, October 20. On Monday, the 23rrd, I was called with an estimate & told my van would be ready October the 25th or 26th On 27th I called for an update and was told I'd be called back in 5 minutes. I had to call them back afte 20 minutes. At least they agreed to reimburse me for a rental car for the second weekend. When I called on Monday, October 30 I was informed my transmission had been remove & shipped to the Cave Creek Shop. John informed me on that date that "someone had dropped the ball", hence the delay. I called Tuesday morning October 31 & was informed that the transmission was being installed. I was called at 3 pm that day to tell me the work was complete.
My suggestion is that you take your ball & vehicle elsewhere, Miserable communication & customer service,
