I can't believe how personable and customer service oriented this shop was. I didn't even end up using your services, but you treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I brought my '97 Ford in for a quote on break work. You explained in detail what was wrong, and how I could go about financing to get it fixed. You gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to drive my car, and then eventually towed my car home at no cost to me. The kindness you extended me was much needed and incredibly appreciated. I will recommend your shop to everyone, and will return for service in the future.

It has been a lifelong struggle for me to find auto technicians that I feel I can trust. I discovered this business through K-LOVE (as a business partner donating $100 or more per month to help spread God's word). I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men at R & M Servant Automotive. They did not attempt to waste my money, nor use scare tactics of any kind. Had Transmission rebuilt and received back in a week but another problem occurred, Wiring Harness frayed shorting Transmission power. Problem solved and everything now working fine.
