One of those days where you're rushing out the door only to discover your tire is going flat. Scrambling to find the air compressor hoping that it'll hold air so you can make it to work. Called up Aarrow Transmission to see if they could fit me in. Ken was awesome. He was up front about my options and gave me an a estimated time frame for services. Upon arrival the place was clean and the staff was busy but courteous. You know, shop talk and all. It was nice to hear that they care about their customers and about their work. With the passing of the keys and anticipation of a phone call, Ken and his team got me squared away and back on the road in about 3 hours. All things considered, that was pretty damn good. Appears that they were able to squeeze me in as they were definitely busy. Definitely recommend this place if you need an auto shop.

Service check-in was prompt. I appreciated the automated reminders as well as immediate notification of my work being completed. Aarrow also provided an inspection report and information as to what service needs I could anticipate in the foreseeable future, so I can plan accordingly.

I’ve only used Aarrow twice (once for inspection and once for tire repair). Both times they were fast and friendly. I appreciate they gave me a “report” on my car both times of possible things to address without the pressure of sales.

I know that may seem strange to say about a dentist, but if you are afraid of needles and dentist like I am then you will understand me. He takes his time with you and always makes me feel like I am his only patient.He explains everything to you that he feels you need and why you need it done.He does not make you feel bad about things even when he knows you have not been doing what you are suppose to be doing.
