I love my hair, I really do but it's not what I had wanted. I do not have the Red/Brown mix with Blonde highlights and the Pink/Purple in the back underneath at all. Everyone at the shop, super nice, my eyebrows are perfect but dissatisfied with my hair.

I love my hair, I really do, but it is not what I ask for. The swatches I picked out were the reds and browns, and wanted to keep some of the blond highlights I already had, and then the hidden part in the back, that is visible when I put my hair up. This is not even close to what I got, I was warned that the colors may bleed on the blond, I guess I did not think it would happen though because it never has happened before, and still that is not really what bothers me most. What bothers me most is, I don't see the colors I picked and most of all the hidden color in the back. For $270. I should have everything perfect when I left the salon, although I should like to add my eyebrows and hair product adds to that price, my eyebrows are perfect and have not used the hair product yet.

So, while I really liked, and enjoyed your shop...And it's not that I don't like my hair (the hidden part not being done is really upsetting) and everyone at the shop are fabulous, for the price I paid I don't think I would come back.

Jenny is always very professional and amazing at her job! This time we did something slightly different with my hair and I'm loving the results! I highly recommend her for her service!
