I usually work on my car myself, but didn't want to mess with replacing the rear breaks. I dropped my car at ABS Tech around noon. At the time, I was told it would take a few hours. I returned at 5:30 PM and my truck was still in the garage on the lift. After waiting another 20 minutes, or so, the truck was brought around. When I got in, I checked to ensure they had tightened the emergency break (note: they assured me this would be done when I dropped it off). The emergencey break was not fixed. I informed the tech of this, and he got back in my truck and drove it back in the garage. After working on it for another 20 minutes, he came back around and informed me that it was better now. I agree, it was a little better but if I park on any type of a slope the emergency break is still useless.
Additionally, I was told an oil change was recommended. I changed my oil myself no less than 800 miles ago. So, apparently every car on the road needs an oil change.
No apologies were made for delays, or the things that weren't ready.
