Richmarc Development and Construction, a custom remodeler and home builder, is based in Chesapeake, Virginia. We hold a Class A state contractor's license and are fully insured.

Our approach is simple. We care about our clients. We are not a production builder/remodeler. Our projects vary as much as our clients. We believe our clients should be involved in every aspect of the building experience, from carefully selecting their land, designing their home or remodel project, choosing interior components, and understanding the construction of their home/project and how its systems work. We offer our clients a personalized building experience. We then make sure the job is done right, the first time, and on time. And perhaps most importantly, we continue a relationship with our clients after the job is complete to ensure their satisfaction.
