Dr. Yao is an amazing dentist and person. She is very thorough, considers the whole picture when diagnosing dental issues, and is a real artist when it comes to making things match and look real in your mouth (crowns, fixing chipped teeth, etc.). She also hires only the best and nicest hygienists and dental assistants. A top notch practice!

My front teeth had some chips and cracks and Dr. Yao fixed them and also fixed the gap between my front teeth. They came out perfect. I loved how my teeth look now . The staff are very nice and knowledgeable.

For the first time ever at Littleton Animal Hospital I was very disappointed with the way that things went. All I got back after my cat's visit was my cat and a bill. There was no explanation about how my cat was doing, what I should do next, when should I schedule a follow up visit, and no lab test results. The lab test results for all my past visits have been immediate and thus the vet was able to determine what's next regarding the care of my cat. No lab results this time and no guidance as to what to do next. I was told that they would call me. I left very disappointed not knowing anything more than when I arrived. It appears that something has recently changed regarding the way things are done at Littleton Animal Hospital. My cat has had several visits in the past and everything could not have been better but this time things were very different and I was very disappointed. I hope that someone can explain what's going on. I called them and was told that the vet would call me next week to discuss my cat's situation. Why the delay until next week? I was told the next day that a special diet was recommended for my cat and that I would have to travel all the way back to Littleton to purchase this special catfood. This information should have been provided at the end of my cat's visit.
