Call me old school but,I feel that if you are paying for a service, that the assistant as well as the doctor should be attentive to the customer not to the other assistants coming in to talk about their personal situations. Which happened more then once.When it's time to pay the bill I feel the check out receptionist should inter-act with the customer, not be on the phone with other customers with no acknowledgement to the paying customer, other then to call out money due.
I some how think that Dr. Dudhat the primary owner of the business may think the same?
It feels like the business has grown, to be push the customer in and out with little care or interaction with the customers, as this was my experience with my last visit
It might be time to find another dentist office as there are many on the same street.
