Overall I think Affordable Auto does a great job keeping my cars running. However, it is difficult to part with money for car repairs to begin with, much less when it is for things we will never see (how many non-mechanics have seen the power steering on a car???). Delivery of the message can make a huge difference in how a customer perceives the value of a repair and I think Affordable Auto needs to work on the delivery a bit. Empathy that someone might be spending way more than they want to goes a long way. The explanation of repairs and their actual costs in laymen's terms is huge in the world of customer service and repeat business.
