I typically love my experience at Agape Day Spa, and while the experience was good. It wasn't great. I know I purchased the sale facial at $45, but I felt jipped. The "facial" consisted of her quickly washing my face, rinse, dermaplaning, applying a mask, rinse, moisturize and sunscreen. This is what I do at home...I was looking for more of a facial with massage and actual pampering. The whole process, in and out was 25-30 minutes...certainly not what I was expecting. It was extremely rushed. I've purchased facial specials in the past, and it was an amazing experience.
Hi Shawna, We're sorry you felt this way, however the special was specifically for a dermaplaning or microderm with a collagen mask. This was not a true facial with a massage. Are normal facials are an hour long with a massage.
