Have been using this group for our dog's need for several years now. Always satisfied. This dog is especially difficult and suspicious of persons he doesn't know- the people here take their time and do a really good job.

I always feel like everyone loves Harper and has her best interests in mind. The vet spent lots of time discussing her condition and treatments. The staff was very helpful in submitting the insurance claim which is very appreciated.

Fitz was much less anxious than in the past. He was quiet and when we got home, he jumped out of the cat cage, ran to the front door, and waited for us to get there. When he got inside, he jumped into "his chair" (I thought it was mine) and settled in for a nap.

Staff here is friendly. However, there is definitely a lack of communication between the staff working the receptionist area and the nurse practitioner and doctor. Also the waiting time is way too long. Both of these items costed me almost 3hrs of my time and over $500. This was my adopted dog's very first visit so I brought her vaccination records that the receptionist scanned. They had escorted my dog and I to a room before I could get my paperwork back. Both the nurse practitioner and doctor had no idea of the vaccination records of my dog. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and for her coughing and sneezing. I ended up paying for an x-ray, anal gland express, ear flush, allergy injection in addition to her prescription medication. According to my dog's vaccination records, my dog had already had an x-ray and anal glands expressed last month by the previous hospital! If the nurse practitioner and doctor read her records, then I wouldn't have had to had these items done and would've saved at least $200. I don't understand how all this took 3hrs either since the office looked like that they were fully staffed. Finally when I went to go pay my bill, I asked the receptionist to email me the invoice. She never did so I had to call them the next day and requested it to be emailed to me. I will be taking my dog elsewhere and would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
