Airmasters responded to my emergency service call within one hour, and my A/C unit was fixed within 2 hours of my call. The technician was friendly and professional. I was completely satisfied and recommend them highly. My entire subdivision uses them now.

I was truly disappointed. When the tech arrived to my home I informed him that I had this problem 2 years ago. I also informed him that the run capacitor was bad. The last time Snellville Heat and Air came and fixed the problem for $125. The tech informed me that yes the capacitor was bad but the cost of the part would be $225 plus a $69! I could not believe the markup. I believe that every company needs to have profit in order to stay in business. However this just crossed the line. This was an old fashioned Rip Off. I told the tech that I could not pay $225 for a capacitor. So I was just charged the $69 call out fee. I searched for the part locally and found it for $29. I ended up buying in on Amazon for $10 shipped.

I am so sorry that your were unhappy with our prices. He did give you the wrong price originally but he corrected it with a price of 180.00 which included labor, part & warranty. If you would have called we would have been happy to discuss the price.

AirMaster Heating and Air, Inc. installed a Mitsubishi Mini-Split system in our Media Room in January 2015. We researched other HVAC contractors and decided to go with AirMaster. because of reputation and pricing!

They delivered everything that was stated on there proposal, everything we discussed, expected and delivered much more. They were prompt to arrive, professional, knowledgable and covered all carpeting leading upstairs to install. The system is superb, Temperature variance is now stable and always comfortable, low cost to operate. We are so excited for summer to arrive and see how cool and comfortable our large room will feel. . . instead of freezing in winter and in summer a sweat box....

I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs and for uncomfortable temp concerns consider the Mini-Split!

I needed a new HVAC system a couple of years back and checked the ratings online. AirMaster's reviews made them look like they were the best of the best. I called them and never looked back. They installed a Carrier Greenspeed system and I want to tell you it is the best out there. It has lowered my utility bills and provides the ultimate in comfort. The install went without incident and the crew were very professional. I am a customer for life.

I have never had a problem with your service until your visit to fix my ac unit that the capacitor had gone bad on. You charged me $300 to replace it. The technician reduced my service fee to $45 and I still ended up paying over $300 for a 15 minute repair job. I decided to check the price of the capacitor online to get a reference. I used the same part number on the bill I received and found it online for no more than $30. I get that you need to make some money on the parts, but this was extremely excessive, imo.

I am sorry you were unhappy with our pricing. I looked up your record and I do see where you paid 240.00 for the capacitor and 49.95 for the service call (normal price is 89.95). Our technician went directly from our price book and gave you the coupon price on the service call. He definitely tried to help you with that cost. I see you looked up the part online. We do not purchase our parts online and it may or may not be the same exact part. We stock higher quality parts. Our prices are very competitive with others that are in our industry in the Metro-Atlanta area. When pricing our parts we include labor, overhead, stocking fees and the price of the part as we do flat rate pricing. We also provide a warranty so that if this part fails within a year we will replace it covering the part and the labor.
