I am sorry you were unhappy with our pricing. I looked up your record and I do see where you paid 240.00 for the capacitor and 49.95 for the service call (normal price is 89.95). Our technician went directly from our price book and gave you the coupon price on the service call. He definitely tried to help you with that cost. I see you looked up the part online. We do not purchase our parts online and it may or may not be the same exact part. We stock higher quality parts. Our prices are very competitive with others that are in our industry in the Metro-Atlanta area. When pricing our parts we include labor, overhead, stocking fees and the price of the part as we do flat rate pricing. We also provide a warranty so that if this part fails within a year we will replace it covering the part and the labor. If ever you are unhappy with any of services please feel free to give us a call. We are always open to customer feedback as it helps us to help you.
