As always, I was taken promptly on-time. I underwent X-rays from the "rotating" machine and Nancy patiently answered all my questions relating to the procedure and safety aspects. Jen is tremendous - knowledgeable, technically proficient, dedicated to the care of the patient, and personable. Like wise, Dr. DeRosa. The front desk staff is efficient and explained to me in concise terms how my insurance coverage actually works, something I thought I knew.
All of this is why I chose to remain with Dr. DeRosa despite the fact that as of a few years ago, when he changed the business model, he is no longer a participating member (in-network) of Delta Dental. It is also why I recommended Dr. DeRosa's practice to my sister and brother-in-law once they relocated to the area and why he is now their dentist.
