This is the (minor) patient's mom responding on her behalf, and to take this opportunity to speak to something else. My daughter had a great appointment and really appreciated the information about her teeth and jaw. Tessa and Dr. Joe were awesome with her. P.S. The front desk staff was great working her in for this appointment in the first place - there was one woman in particular who handled both calls about this I want to acknowledge but do not have her name, sorry!
I wanted to personally thank: Tessa, Dr. Joe, and Camielle. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Joe and Camielle for going on 15 years; our daughter has been coming for ~ 10 years. We have all always appreciated the excellent and friendly service and care we have received there, but wanted to take time to acknowledge yesterday specifically.
While there for my daughter's appointment, I wanted to take the opportunity to share some tough news we have received about my husband's medical condition with Dr. Joe and/or Camielle. Neither were available to speak with at the time, understandably busy with other patients. Tessa was great, taking the time to speak with me briefly and confidentially to take a message to please have Camielle call me when she could.
Camielle later took time out of her personal evening time and called me to take the information, and listened for quite some time to our story and concerns. She was wonderful, offering knowledge, assistance, ideas, suggestions, a dental care package for this condition, and to speak with Dr. Joe for us; as importantly, she offered her calm listening ear and compassion.
We know Dr. Joe would have done the same, and we appreciate knowing that, with all the other challenges we face, when my husband is ready for his next dental appointment, he will be in caring, compassionate hands from the front desk to the exam chair at Gentle Care.
