I had the best experience ever with Kitchell. I was referred to Kitchell by a colleague and he spoke very highly of them. I called them before hand to make arrangements and Aaron listened to my description of the problem I was having with my car and gave me some suggestions on what to try before bringing it in. The morning I dropped my car off, a member of the Kitchell team drove me to my office so I didn't have to worry about making other arrangements. When they called me back they said that they ran diagnostics on my car, but couldn't 100% pinpoint the problem - they told me it could be the fuel-pump but since they weren't sure and couldn't reproduce the problem I was having they didn't want to do something if they weren't sure that was the issue. I was floored, most garages would have gone ahead and done the work without being that open about it. On top of that, they didn't charge me...at all for the service they performed while trying to diagnose the problem. I was extremely pleased with their open and honest assessment and the integrity of their entire team. I will definitely take my car back to Kitchell. Oh and they also said that they replaced a valve and thought that "might" take care of the problem and I haven't had the issue since.
