I love the great and reliable service that I receive in the office. Dr. Bergan is a very nice doctor who is very attentive and the office makes sure to arrange my families appointments to make sure everything will be convenient for us. I have already recommended Dr. Bergan to my friends and other family members and I will continue to recommend her.

They say Nurses make the worst patients. Well... I, not unlike many of you, have bad memories of the dentist from childhood. As an adult, I still walked into the office with visions of Steve Martin playing Orin Scrivello, D.D.S. from Little Shop of Horrors..and yes...that guy clinging to the ceiling for dear life would be me...LOL. But, right from the start of my visit, I was greeted by smiles from ALL of her staff who saw me...in a very clean and neat waiting area. Their inviting smiles and ability to be engaging set a tone of trust. We started off with a xrays, which were so much more pleasant. I was politely asked to open or close or bite down...nothing like the Drill Sergeants I remember from chikdhood! ( you remember them too, right?) Next was the cleaning. Immediately I felt my body say, "Uh-oh...all downhill from here"...and I was aware if just how tense I was AFTER it was done because it felt like I was either holding my breath or doing crunches...at the moment I realized that "the bad part" I was waiting for...never happened...LOL. Then I met Dr. Bergan who, too, showed up with a smile. and pleasant expressions in her face and all I could think at that moment was "yeah right!!...I bet you can't wait to whip out thise drills and saws...it's aleays the quiet ones." I confessed my fears and immediately she voiced acknowledgement of my concerns but began to tell me how far dentistry had come. (She clearly didn't know she had a non-believing skeptic in her chair)...by the end of it. I have to say that I was more than pleasantly surprised by my visit that day. Despite the fact that doctor Bergan told me I would need a root canal since I hadn't been to the dentist in a 100 years, I found myself beginning to believe I could trust her and her team. She again, reiterated that Dentistry has come a long way. And while I remained a skeptic for the next steps, after all it was a root canal, I decided to keep my follow-up visit. I have to say that I I'm so glad that I trusted her everything she said was absolutely true. I barely felt anything. And I was really trying to, just so I could have a reason to wimp out and call it quits. But, that moment never came. And 1 cap later, with a mouth full of healthy and clean teeth, I can certainly say without hesitation that Dr Bergan and her team of Hygienists and Office Assistants are probably one of the best teams in this area. For me they are the ONLY team that I will go to. There is no need for me to step foot anywhere else. They are all outstanding professionals and seem to really understand the fear of a dental patient. I am so glad to have found them and highly recommend them to everyone in and outside of our area. They are also kid-friendly! My young skeptics came out with SMILEZ on their faces!! I also want to mention that even when I had a lapse in my insurance and did not see them for some time, the moment things got settled again, so did my visits. Her office staff recognize my name and my face, like my last visit was last month....and who wouldn't feel a connection with people who treat you like you are special to them? A huuuuge THANK YOU to Dr Bergan and all of her team. You are all A Sweet Dream!!...who knew it coukd be like this?!...A. Taylor aka "The Chicken"
