My new Carrier heat pump made a loud vibration when the compressor came on. I did not wish to live with that for the next 10 years. I went online and found that there were rubber feet which could be put on the compressor. I called and you ordered them and after they were installed the vibration ceased completely. I was very grateful for there quick response because I called in the afternoon. At first I was told they could not come until next day I told them temperature was 115 and I had my baby grandson living with me and she said she'd would call me right back.when she called me back she told me she the service tech would be here to repair my air conditioner in as soon as he competed his current job.Frank the service tech came told me what it needed and repaired my unit. I am very grateful for their quick response.
