Very upset because l left written instructions for my little dog to be collected by my niece, l left her name and what time she would be collecting him as we were travelling back from vacation and even told them about it before we left him, and when she went to pick him up they said they had no instructions and she had to call us, luckily we hadn't yet boarded the plane and were able to give verbal instructions, but as it was a Saturday they were only open till 12pm and our little dog would have had to stay till Monday if my niece hadn't been able to pick him up. Think there should be a little more communication between them all. Then my niece had to bring our dog home without his carrying case that we sent with him, so had to pick that up later.
