Kristen was absolutely wonderful! I've had a couple bad experiences from a different salon. I came to her and she took the time to listen and truly understand what I wanted in my color. Then she delivered. It turned out exactly as I wanted. I am so happy!

Our dogs have been patients for many years, Morrison had us hooked. Since his departure each visit has me lacking less confidence in the establishment. My appointment for Saturday was scheduled at 11:00. I arrive at ten till and checked in informing the staff I would be waiting outside because my dog has large open wounds around his neck. At 11:30 I went back in to ask if they had forgotten about me?!? I was told "no", "it'll be a few more minutes". I waited in my care till ~11:45 with my poor, wounded, beloved dog. When we were finally called in the tech was GREAT! His name,,,perhaps "Kyle" or "Colin"- he is the only one that kept me from scooping up my buddy and heading out. My dogs situation is a mystery, I get it, but the vet that took care of us that (by this time) afternoon was RIDICULOUS! I understand and made myself clear it was ok for them to shave the hair but I never signed up for hearing the experience especially while my babe cried. Your doors are thin. To keep myself from kicking in the door and rescuing my buddy I went outside and cried on a curb. Yes, I was emotional and you were helping but nobody should hear that *EVER*. The list goes on from not properly documenting weights, inability to diagnosis foot issues nor give suitable recommendations for, to calling me an inappropriately long time after losing a dog to tell me her foot print was in for pick up- something I don't recall ordering. Oh, and the crazy kidney labs??!?! I give you two stars because of my history with Morrison.
