Serving the Santa Barbara community for over 30 years, Alta Orthopaedics is dedicated to getting patients back to active, healthy lifestyles and a better quality of life.
Our multidisciplinary team: orthopaedists, physician assistants, and physical therapists provide modern, state-of-the-art care for nearly all orthopaedic problems including deformities, injuries fractures as well as sprains and strains, and developmental and degenerative processes including arthritis.
We are a team of orthopaedic specialists: cervical (neck), thoracic and lumbar spine (back), sports medicine, shoulder, hip and knee, foot and ankle problems.
Alta employs the most contemporary and proven diagnostic and treatment techniques available. Diagnostically our clinicians use in-house radiographs and ultrasound. Treatment options include regenerative injection therapy (viscosupplementation, platelet-rich plasma, and steroids), physical therapy, and, when necessary, surgery (including micro-surgery, arthroscopy and minimally invasive total joint replacement).
We strive to return our patients to the lifestyle and any activities desired through our orthopaedic specialty approach.
