Dr. Sam has been my dogs veterinarian for over 25 years. I have recommended him to friends and they have been equally happy with the care at Ambassador and continue to go there. In addition, their Loving Pet Hotel is amazing. My dogs rush in each and every time they go there. Dr. Sam visits the animals and they also offer vet care while the pets are there.

I was disappointed with the visit. My poor pup got an allergic reaction to her rabies shot. No one warned us of this possibility which is the most frightening part. Upon returning home my puppys face swoll up like a balloon. I took her back to the vet and they treated us like it was no big deal and we should have to pay for things and just deal. I was more upset about the lack of warning. Had I gone somewhere and left my dog home alone she wouldve been dead when I got home. The least that couldve been done was waiving the fees. At the very most I shouldve only paid for the actual check up only at $45. This location needs to take allergic reactions more seriously and verbally warn pet owners to avoid pet deaths. Luckily this was my last visit for my puppys shots and I wont return.

This is a very nice office to take your pet. Never crazy when I go and the vet/techs really like pets.

The doctor and the medicine consultant were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The lady who checked us in was neutral not rude, but not welcoming either. It is difficult for pet owners to come the hospital to begin with and we do spend a lot of money while we are there, so Staff Welcoming only contributes a ++ to your advertisement for your business. This is the first time that I did not feel welcomed; I felt like it was just a business.

I made an appointment for grooming because my 18lb dog is aggressive and suffers from severe stranger danger and needs sedation. Apparently, at the previous grooming appointment 3 months ago, a note was inputted on the chart that my dog would not be allowed any future sedation without a blood work up (quite costly over $100) and my husband was notified of this when he picked the dog up. Of course he must have forgotten, which is no fault of Ambassadors, but why was I not reminded this information when I booked this appointment? I drop my dog off for his appointment, they check him in at 830am, I pay up front the $50 grooming fee, $70 sedation charge, $18 flea control. I then receive a phone call at 100pm informing me that unless I am willing to pay an additional $100+ dollars for the blood screening my dog cannot receive any services. It does not matter if we were informed 3 months prior, there is no way that "note" should have been overlooked by the Ambassador representative who booked the appointment and then again by the one who checked him in. This was complete incompetence and an utter waste of my time. There wasn't even an apology provided. The lady who called us said "apparently they told your husband at his last grooming appointment" like it was our fault for not remembering. I took offense to her attitude and am very dissatisfied with my experience at Ambassador, who I have been patronizing with all 4 of my dogs for the last 7 years. I guess it's time to move on.

Very efficient and knowledgable. Arrived exactly on time, explained what they would be doing and did the job. Cleaned up afterwards. Set up all equipment and went over everything with us. I had a small problem with the mount and they resolved my issue willingly. They were very professional and Courteous.
