Got my first dog at age 7. This was the vet my Dad chose for us then. I'm 25 now, and this is the only place I would ever take my furbaby. Shizen's health is everything to me. Thank you for everything you've done for me as a child. Much more thankful now as an adult.

Dr Kumar has been my pet's veterinarian for over 2 decades and he's always helped me through regular routines in managing my pets overall health. He has also been there through some very difficult times. He's an honest and warm hearted Veterinarian and that is a very hard thing to find these days. His office will work with you when it comes to financial obligations as well. Money isn't at the core of his practice, love and compassion for animals is his main objective.

I was very disappointed this time. The room was dirty. There was blood in the floor and a dirty blanket in the table. I had to ask several times for them to clean the room. The service was horrible. I've been a client for a while and this time the services were really bad.

The service was satisfactory. Everyone was very professional. However the wait time was too long. I waited an hour and a half and there were not many people in line. I was told there was only one technician working.

When it came to the treatment plan for our dog it felt a little like car sales negotiations. It was more of "what are you willing to pay" as opposed to "here are the options available to you." We were concerned with the amount of chemicals in the treatment rather than just the cost but there was no explanation of effects or any other thorough conversation that put us at ease. Also, I think they should give the client some options when it comes to medication costs since there always seems to be a lower cost treatment available if you deny the initial plan, much like car sales or any customer retention program.
