At Ambience I always offered an experience. For me it is an exceptional opportunity to be offered experiences in addition to receiving professional and caring hair care. I have been a customer of Keisha's now into my third year. Now what does that tell you? I am a very satisfied consumer. Recently, Sarah delivered my hair care services. I am well pleased with the treatment provided from her hands as well. I can say that I've always walked I greeted with a smile and laughter and left with the same. More importantly, I always leave lookin great with clean shiny and hair that moves all week long! Thanks so much to all of you at Ambience from the owners, front desk, hair profs, massage and nail care profs! Great establishment with beautiful people!

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years now. I have seen a few different stylists over that time and have always been happy. My last 3 haircuts (2 with one stylist, 1 with someone new) have gotten progressively worse. Both girls did different things and made the issue that was bothering me about the previous cuts worse. Each cut got progressively shorter as well. Now I am stuck with hair that I hate that is at least 2" shorter than I normally wear it. I will not be back. If they can't keep experienced stylists the solution is not to put girls who aren't ready to cut behind the chair.

Nice atmosphere and staff. I enjoy the free experiences that you get. It's makes this salon stand above the rest! I wish there wasn't as much turnover in stylists, but the new stylists are always very good. I've never had a bad experience at Ambiance.

As always, the time spent at Brown and Kupper's office was very pleasant. Honestly, this team has a great balance of professional work ethic along with a warm and caring personal touch. All the way from the staff stationed at the front desk, to the hygienist, and then Dr. Lee Brown, each of them took the time to ask how I was doing both medically and personally. When they explain my current dental health they have always asked if I have any questions or concerns about what they explained. When I have had questions, they listened and provided answers. During these times, I have never felt rushed or felt that my questions were annoying.
