Please accept my apology for your discomfort at you pet's recent visit to our facility. It appears your last visit was for an exam, which you would accompany your pet to the room. On this recent visit, it was for a routine vaccine our technicians administer and normally we do not have clients come back for these appointments. Please be assured that your pet has received the same vaccine previously without incident, and the risk of having a reaction is quite low. I hope this helps make your visit a little better, and we look forward to seeing you and you pet again in the future.
