the store manager went overboard to fix a tire balancing problem for me, I will definitely return to his store for any of my repair needs, as well as parts installation needs. such as shocks tires and other items.

I was annoyed with my service this time. I went in for an oil change. The manager, Edward did not leave a reminder sticker in my window, an oil filter was left on my driver's seat, leading me to ask whether a new one had been installed, my final bill did not state that my tires had been rotated, as per my written warranty agreement and finally , while travelling back from San Diego late yesterday I noticed liquid under my car which I thought might be "OIL." At this point I do not trust that particular station on Long Beach Blvd. Oh, one more thing, it was also out of the blue, recommended that I get a trans, brake and coolant flush totaling over $400 but that he would "give me a deal" for $360. Is it company policy when a client comes in for a $45 oil change, to recommend an additional $400 of labor? Really? Let me know how I can trust your company and its employees again.
