When i visited your store in February, the service i received was AWESOME!!!!!!!.But, when i went down the street to your other location on Colton,in redlands. The service i received was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a 3:00 appt to get a set of 4 tires for my daughters car. When i arrived,they told me it would take about 45 min to an hour. I dropped it off,went to do errands. Came back at 4:30. The car was still sitting in the parking lot.I went inside and the salesperson,i believe his name was Jaime, paged one of the workers and told him they are here for the 4 tires. The worker told him that the tires weren't even there. But, people that were showing up as we waited were in and out quick. Even a couple of the workers friends showed up to have their cars done,I know they were friends because, they talked about what they all did the night before,and were finished as our car stood parked. We were there until 5:30. They didn't even do the FREE alignment check... I will NEVER go back there,and have told everyone i know not to!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also,told my daughter NOT to go there for servicing if she has problems. I told her to go down the street to the NEW store. They are more professional and respectful to their customers.The older location needs a Drastic EMPLOYEE change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With the HUGE competition out there. I can't believe these guys provide such terrible service. People would rather pay more,to receive better service. I think they should be reminded out that EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
