Am Tire off Hwy 100 is the only place I will go. They are all so nice and helpful especially Mike!! I truely feel he's helping with what really needs to be done when I bring in my car. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

There are other places we could service our car that are closer. But American Tire always try's to do the right thing when is come to customer service. I have very little knowledge of car repair. I have complete confidence in what they diagnose as the issues that need to be repaired,

They are very good communicators. They make it easy to do business.

Not only did you guys give exceptional service once again on my oil change, you went above and beyond by helping my girlfriend when her undercarriage protector was hanging down right before leaving town on her trip. We have used American Tire for over 15 years...they've taken great care of all our cars. They are conscientious and professional. They have parts, tires, etc and work very quickly. We have brought them a Mercedes, Volvo, VW, Lexus and Toyota 4 runner. It's rare that they cannot fix something, but when they can't they will let you know to go to the dealership. They even honor a coupon if you forget to bring it in!

I keep coming back and giving you guys a chance, but it's getting tougher to do that. I brought my car in for an oil change and its 100,000-mile service, which I knew about the 100,000-mile service through an e-mail by American Tire. I waited there five hours. I assumed work was being done. When the car was finished I was told that they couldn't find anything from BMW for what's needed at the 100,000-mile service. Really? You sent the e-mail. And it took five hours to discover that? So I basically had an oil change that took five hours when I could have just gone to a drive-through and gotten it done. As I say, I keep trying.
