We do our absolute best to correctly diagnose every vehicle that comes into our shops. With an engine light once it is reset it may stay off for an extended period of time until the system rechecks. Please contact us and we can go back through the testing but rest assured no one has attempted to take advantage of a woman or any other customer.

We have spoken with Mr. Jinks and resolved this. It was definitely an unusual mileage for a dirty cabin air filter but in this case we did show the filter to Mr. Jinks as well as performed a free alignment check prior to the alignment recommendation. We look forward to seeing him again.

The one thing we have no control over is what we will find when a vehicle comes in. The customer was shown everything described above and while it may not be good news our professional obligation is that we point these concerns out.
